  • Affordable Education: Canadian Institutes, charge lower tuition fees for international students than their counterparts in competing countries and at the same time, maintain excellent educational quality.
  • CANADA-Ranked as the Number one Country: For the several years, a United Nations survey has found Canada to be the best place in the world to live.
  • Option of Permanent Residency: International students can apply for their Permanent Residency under Express Entry or through PNP within Canada. However they need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria. For more info visit www.cic.gc.ca

The SPP is an administrative framework designed and implemented in partnership with the Canadian Visa offices in India and the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC). The SPP was developed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) in cooperation with the ACCC. The SPP project was launched in April 2009 to improve student recruitment outcomes. SPP program was open only for Indian Nationals initially but after seeing the success of the project for Indian students it has been also started for China. The program aims to test a model for expediting the student visa process and delivering high approval rates while maintaining program integrity. The visa approval rates under this program are very high.

Due to the improvement achieved during the pilot, the program is being extended and expanded in 2011 also. Under this Program around 40 colleges of Canada are listed. There are many other ACCC colleges which also welcome students from India. Applications to these colleges will also receive prompt processing and a fair and individual decision based on the documentation provided.

The Student Partners Program involves close cooperative partnership and feedback from the participating colleges to ensure student compliance with the terms of their study permits.

  • Fast visa processing
  • Advance medical test permitted
  • Quality of the institutions is assured
  • Less documents required for visa
  • Post Study Work Options for students

  • Previously never been denied Canadian Study Visa.
  • Payment of Tuition Fee: Copy of receipts for tuition payment (one Semester/one Year – as asked by the SPP institution)
  • Proof of Available Funds: You MUST demonstrate the purchase of a special Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from a participating Canadian financial institution, in the amount of $10,000 CAD to cover living expenses for your first year in Canada.
  • Language Proficiency: IELTS test results taken within last 24 months with overall band not less than 6.0, with no individual band lower than 5.5 bands in any module.
  • Minimum Education: Passed out from 12th Grade in the last two years or completed their Bachelor’s Degree in the last five years with at least 50% score in their latest qualification.
  • Graduated with not more than two accumulations/backlogs per year.

The Canadian High Commission in India recommends that Indian students must submit their applications for Canadian study visa by 01 August for September entry, by 01 December for January entry and 1 April for May entry. The visa office will not be able to process the study visa applications in time and most likely be refused if submitted after the above mentioned deadlines.

To apply for a study permit on or after June 1, 2014, you will need a letter of acceptance from a designated learning institution. You need to include the Designated Learning Institution number (DLI #), which is the number that begins with the letter “O”, on your application form.

All primary and secondary schools in Canada are automatically designated. They do not appear on this list. You do not need to include a DLI number on your application form if you apply at this type of school.
